NEW: Charter brochure - Joining Forces

Between November 2007 and March 2008 the project working group produced a detailed comparison between the CBD Guidelines for Biodiversity and Tourism Development and the European Charter. The focus was on demonstrating that the European Charter is an excellent tool for implementing on a local/protected area level the ideas of the CBD Guidelines.

The results of the comparison have been published in a brochure which will be used to strengthen the image of the Charter to decision-makers and politicians nationally and internationally.
