Romania Romanian National Forest Administration and National History Museum The event will gather representatives of the Romanian National Forest Administration, the Ministries of Environment, Agriculture and Forests, the Romanian Academy, various institutes and museums, the mass media, with the intention of promoting the protected areas' importance and goals among the general public. The event will include an exhibition on three major protected areas in the Romanian Carpathians, the Piatra Craiului NP, the Retezat NP, and the Vanatori Neamt NaP. On this occasion, the Ministry of Environment and the National Forest Administration sign contracts to create the administrations for 16 national and natural parks for the first time in Romania.
