Celebrating the the World Wetlands Day 2012, Estonian environmental Board  is organising a seminar about nature tourism in wetlands. The World Wetlands Day 2012 message is: Wetland Tourism: A Great Experience. Responsible tourism supports wetlands and people.

There are different organisations connected with protected wetlands via tourism - PAN Parks, Ramsar, Europarc etc. National organisations- Tourism information centre, Environmental Board, State Forest Management Centre, local goverments etc. Very important are local inhabitants and local tourism enterpreneurers, co-operation with them is obligatory, otherwise is very difficult to protect wetlands.
