The streets of Regensburg are covered in snow, the Christmas lights are up and on and the Christmas markets are buzzing. This months E-News, the last of 2010, brings a plethora of news from the Federation with a touch of Christmas spirit. There is much to read about what has occurred in the month of November and some important deadlines for the month of December.
