On 24th and 25th of May we are organizing the open door of Landscape park Lahinja and guided tour for visitors. The tours are suitable for families, children and also seniors.

For interested public we also organize the presentation and field visit of special natural habitats, which are wetland floodplains along the river and they are the most naturally preserved areas and additionally protected as the Lahijski Lugi natural reserves. This area is true botanic treasure, especially rich with flowering plants, such as Orchid. During the event we will search for the Orchids on the field and expert Jernej Kavšek will explain us the specialty of this plants and why are they so important for Slovenian natural heritage.
