Jornada de Patrimonio Natural y Cultural: camino de Morillejo a Sotoca / Heritage Day: the trail from Morillejo to Sotoca
Heritage Days are organized by the Township Council of Cifuentes (Guadalajara, Spain) as a public outreach activity to promote knowledge on and conservation of natural and cultural heritage. Part of the township is within the limits of the Alto Tajo Natural Park. In this occassion, we will walk from Morillejo to Sotoca, at the edge of the natural park, and discover how both natural habitats and human traditions originate a peculiar landscape along the old trail between these two towns. The activity is guided by specialists in natural heritage (geologists and biologists) and cultural heritage (geographer and historian/archaeologist), and is organized from the Tourism Office of Cifuentes (Guadalajara, Spain).
