Forest Bathing in a park during the Corona virus:
The concept of ‘forest bathing’ emerged in Japan in the 1980s and known as shinrin yoku.
It’s becoming popular in Belgium too. Simply put, forest bathing is the practice of walking mindfully through nature and taking it all in through our senses – and it’s believed to boost our mental and physical well-being.
Learn the basic principals during this 1 hour walk in a local park in Gentbrugge (close to Ghent) B
The walk will be in Dutch only (however an English version can be organized at another moment and min. 5 participants).
