National Parks Tiny Tales contest
This year, the Dutch schoolyards are full of beavers, otters, hares, sea eagles, porpoises and Scottish highlanders who have got lost in nature on an adventure and have to find their way to a national park. In this year’s Tiny Tales writing assignment, the children immerse themselves in the wonderful world of the national parks. Using the 7 magical ingredients of a good story, the children help the animals return to a nearby national park where they can live happily ever after.
What, how and when?
We will announce the story competition on 10 May. Schools can then register and receive the package to get started with their stories. Each class can submit one winning story with accompanying illustration. Classes can submit their best submission until June 24. We will announce the national winner on 1 July. The class with the most adventurous story wins its own nature adventure for the whole class at the Nature School.
