„Connected by Nature“ - „Povezani sa prirodom “ ,education workshop for school childern, National Park of Montenegro with Education Centar of Parlament MNE
On the occasion of the European Day of Parks, we will organize an educational workshop in cooperation with the Educational Centre of the Parliament of Montenegro for pupils from Elementary School “Đoko Prelević” from the rural area of Ubli, near Podgorica.
For the participating children, transportation and lunch packages will be provided, as well as a visit to Biogradska Gora National Park. The visit will include a tour of the Educational Corner located in the Park Administration Building in Kolašin, together with a workshop organized by the Educational Centre of the Parliament of Montenegro and an interview session with the Head of the Protection Service (Park Rangers Service).
Afterwards, accompanied by educators from the National Parks of Montenegro, the pupils will visit Biogradsko Lake, surrounded by the primeval forest of Biogradska Gora — one of the three remaining primeval forests in Europe. Following the walk around the lake, lunch packages will be distributed, after which the group will visit the Visitor Centre located on the shore of Biogradsko Lake.
