Connecting paths, people and nature
To celebrate European Day of Natural Parks, we invite you to explore the Les Huit Piletes route in the Serra de Mariola, a journey through history that takes you into one of the landscapes that characterize the natural park. Along the way, we’ll walk along traditional paths surrounded by pine forests and Mediterranean vegetation, discovering some of its fountains.
The route will lead us through areas of great environmental value, where we can observe old buildings linked to the traditional uses of the mountains, as well as enjoy sweeping panoramic views of the surroundings. This itinerary offers an excellent opportunity to understand the historical relationship between people and this natural space, while walking in a peaceful and nuanced environment.
