“A Taste of Nature” will enhance the link between protected areas and sustainable agriculture and promote the value of a healthy nature for Europe’s food security and in this edition of the European Day of Parks, we are very glad to join forces with Slow Food.
EUROPARC and Slow Food Europe have been cooperating for the creation of a European network of protected areas actively committed to protecting quality agriculture. They are working together to ensure that the importance of safeguarding domesticated agrobiodiversity emerges clearly from the vital work being done every day in European parks to protect biodiversity.
