This major end-of-project networking event is being held to share and discuss the LIFE ENABLE project’s results. The programme includes presentations from project partners and ENA participants to inform discussion with delegates about ways to ensure LIFE ENABLE’s legacy and sustainability. Participants will be able to see and hear about the project’s impacts, including the creation of the European Nature Academy (ENA). The aim is to identify discuss ways to ensure the future development of the ENA as the dedicated capacity building hub for Natura 2000 and Protected Area managers. At the same time, we want those attending to take-away ideas that can be used to inform their projects and training programmes for staff in their teams and organisations.
Who should attend?
Those with responsibilities for Natura 2000 implementation and Protected Areas management – this includes practitioners working on-site, with responsibilities for nature policy and decision-makers with responsibilities for training, capacity building and professional development.
- Natura 2000 managers;
- Protected Area management authorities;
- Local or regional authorities;
- National or regional agencies
More information and registration will follow soon.
