Management of N2000 sites inside Protected Areas – Collserola Nature Park

The integration of the management of Natura 2000 sites located insited Protected Areas inside the park management plan is not always easy. Different factors like the lack of specific funding to establish specific measures for Natura 2000 species or habitats, lack of knowledge from park staff and other factors may affect to this integration.

In this video interview, Francesc Llimona, Biologist at Collserola Nature Park, explains some of the characteristics of this Park and the challenges that it faces to integrate the management of the Natura 2000 habitats and species present in it.
