The Amber Catcher – Economic Activities in Protected Areas

The Amber Catcher portrays the activity that some of the inhabintants of Lithuanian shoreline communities carry out to extract and sell amber from the Baltic Sea. This activity is also an example of how new initiatives can be brought to boost the socio-economic development in protected areas in Europe.
