Transforming fresh food preserves its quality and enables us to enjoy them at any time of the year … filling up our storeroom! The course is a full day and very practical workshop, bringing theoretical aspects of learning through practice. The course fee is 60 € and includes the ingredients for you to make jars for canning and a manual with recipes and theory. It also includes the midday meal.
