EUROPARC Federation and Frederikshavn Kommune welcomed 63 participants from 17 different Parks, from 7th to 14th July 2023 to the 19th International Junior Ranger Camp.
19th International Junior Ranger Camp – Come to the top of Denmark, where two oceans meet!
This camp was an amazing week for 46 EUROPARC Junior Rangers (13-18 years old) who representated of their 15 Protected Areas, from across 11 different countries to be ambassadors for Protected Areas as well as to share and learn from one another. In the northern-most municipality of Denmark, the Junior Rangers do not have one National Park, but are involved in the conservation of several key Protected Areas in the region.

Thank you !!!!!! I would highly recommend the camp to all Junior Rangers and mentors. The opportunity to share an inspiring nature based experience with similarly passionate people from across Europe and grow your skills, knowledge and confidence is not to be missed. You will leave with fond memories, greater understanding and more motivation.
We would like to express our full gratitude to the mentor of the Frederikshavn Kommune Junior Rangers as well as the mayor, staff and parents for the great support and making this International Junior Ranger Camp possible.
